Dr. Arshad Ikram, a seasoned professional in the field of Pathology. With an impressive educational background, Dr. Ikram earned his M.B.B.S. from G.S.V.M Medical College, Kanpur, in 1993, followed by an M.D. in Pathology from M.L.B. Medical College, Jhansi, in 1997.

Currently holding the position of Professor (Pathology), Dr. Ikram brings a wealth of experience to the table, boasting a total teaching tenure of approximately 17 years. His journey in academia includes six years as Professor & Head, five years as Associate Professor, and six years as Assistant Professor.

Specializing in Histopathology & Cytopathology, with expertise in Hematology and clinical pathology, Dr. Ikram has achieved several academic milestones. He has served as a subject expert on the faculty recruitment panel at J.N Medical College (AMU) and successfully navigated a NABH inspection, currently serving as the Lab director (NABH). Additionally, Dr. Ikram has contributed as a resource faculty in medical education training by NMC, completed a basic course in Biomedical research, and led the Death Audit Committee of the Medical college.

Dr. Ikram's involvement extends to guiding ICMR projects for MBBS, supervising theses for over three years, obtaining permission for four PG seats from NMC, and ensuring UG & PG inspections with no compliance issues. His diverse roles encompass being an appointed external and internal examiner for MBBS, engaging in MD teaching and assessment, and actively contributing to MBBS teaching and assessment.

A prolific researcher, Dr. Ikram has 12 national publications and one international publication to his credit. He is an esteemed member of professional associations, including the Indian Association of Pathologists & Microbiologists (permanent member), Indian Society of Haematology & Blood Transfusion, Delhi Society of Haematology & Blood Transfusion, and is registered with NMC.
